Service Level Agreements

We understand that corporate customers demand impeccable levels of service and we work closely with our customers to implement a Service Level Agreement. The Service Level Agreement provides documented guidelines for performance management to ensure that we are meeting required expectations.

To strengthen relations we will on a quarterly basis meet to measure and facilitate the management of service, standards, formats, service level agreements and product development. Internal workshops are conducted to ensure standardisation is achieved and we will have a 24-hour response to queries.

Travel Policy Management 

LITHALETHEMBA will assist in the formulation and management of the travel policy. The travel policy ensures that the travel portfolio is generating exceptional returns, by reducing abuse and controlling expenditure.

The travel policy will be linked to the Service Level Agreement to ensure that we are achieving the set benchmarks for performance management.

 Profiles 

Traveller profiles are submitted to all travellers to be completed, enabling LITHALETHEMBA to provide a truly personalised service. The traveller profiles will be loaded into our central database ensuring that all the traveller’s needs and requirements are documented and processed at point of sale.
